What comes with your packages?

Our packages include a luxury picnic set up including custom low lying tables, cushions, table runners, plate chargers, pillows, centerpieces, flameless candles, glasses, place mats, cloth or satin napkins, plates and silverware, rugs, blankets, small tables, bluetooth speaker, fresh or plastic floral arrangements, umbrella, and table decorations fitting for the type of party you are having. You can bring your own food and drinks or order through us. We come and set up everything to your location of choice and then come back and disassemble the decor. We do not supply wait staff. When ordering food through us it will be fresh and kept warm in yeti coolers.

Do you require a deposit and is it refundable?

We require a $50 deposit upon booking. Full package cost is due 24 hrs prior to your party. Once the party is completed and we come to take down our decor, we will refund you the $50 deposit upon no damage being done to our decor setting. The $50 deposit is non-refundable if the party is cancelled, but we will reschedule.

How much do you charge extra per person and per hour?

$15 per person, $50 an hour

What are your prices for add-on’s? A full list will be provided upon booking.

Tent: $125 put up and taken down for entire length of the party (not allowed on beaches)

Bars: $40 each put up and taken down for the entire length of the party (not allowed on beaches)

Two person teak beach lounger:$25

Floral Arch: $30

Balloon Arch:$30

Will you bring take out to the picnic for us?

Yes we will pick up any food you have ordered and have it all ready for your party when you get there.

How do I pick a location?

You can access the beach from any public access. If you have a landmark or special location in mind, we will surely do our best to accommodate and set up in that location. We can discuss the details upon contacting us. We have a list of favorite local spots, so contact us for more information.

Can I choose my own decorations and theme?

You can choose from the many options we offer as shown in our gallery, but we can also discuss colors and theme with you to try to make your vision a reality as best as possible. We will do our very best to create a perfect dream party for you. Please select the Theme Option on our What We Offer Page or Book Now page.

What happens if it rains or our location gets taken the day of the party?

Unfortunately we can’t avoid mother nature and public locations are for all the public so in those instances, we would try to find a suitable alternative and if none presents, then you would have credit for up to a year and the deposit would be non-refundable until the day of the party.

Do you supply entertainment?

We do affiliate with a few musicians that can come to your location for a separate fee to sing and play for you. Inquire within.
